She has worked with a vast number of clients, ranging from startups to global corporations, tightly regulated financial entities to rapidly expanding unicorns. Whether innovating on the intricate details, advising on high-level strategic matters in boardrooms, or guiding investors on incentive structures, Kristina’s experience and understanding stand out within the industry. Kristina holds an MBA in international finance from Aalto University and CEFA from Hanken in Helsinki.

Sanna Westerberg
Head of Customer Success

Sanna is Head of Customer Success at Allshares. Prior to Allshares, Sanna was a Senior Partner and led the operations and expansion of Novare Pay Consulting’s Incentive business. Sanna is specialized in designing and implementing equity-based incentive programs for both listed and non-listed companies. She is a trusted advisor to management teams, board representatives, and investors. Sanna holds a MSc degree in Business & Management from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Hannah Needle
FGE / Board Member and Legal Director

Hannah advises on the implementation and continuing operation of all types of executive and employee share and incentive plans, including the design and establishment of new plans, managing grants and maturities under existing plans and advising on tax and legal matters. She has experience with tax-advantaged and non-tax-advantaged arrangements and the use of employee trusts. She also advises on the impact of corporate transactions that may affect a company’s incentive arrangements.
