With a background in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iceland and an MBA from HEC Paris, she combines analytical rigor with business acumen to drive meaningful change. Currently Chief Business Development Officer at beqom, Gudrun has also served as CFO, Chief Risk Officer, and a certified securities broker - experience that gives her a uniquely broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities of fair pay. She is passionate about helping organisations navigate evolving regulations like the EU Pay Transparency Directive and building strategies that foster both compliance and equity.

Evelina is a Customer Success Manager at Allshares. In her previous role, she led Allshares' Pay Governance business area. She has extensive expertise in compensation analysis and pay governance, and has advised numerous Nordic large-cap HR leaders, boards, and committees on compensation strategies and structures.
